  • Apply strong knowledge of Dutch employment law to ensure compliance and support localisation of global HR policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Operations by identifying process gaps and proposing scalable solutions
  • Maintain and update HR process documentation, work instructions, and knowledge articles
  • Collaborate closely with global HR colleagues to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery across countries
  • Support employee lifecycle moments (onboarding, changes, exits) with a focus on accuracy and employee experience

2. HR Operations Excellence & Process Ownership

  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Drive data quality and integrity across HR systems
  • Support implementation and adoption of new HR tools, processes, or global initiatives
  • Monitor and track HR operations activities to ensure service levels are met
  • Contribute to documentation and standardisation to support scalability within the HR Operations model
  • Act as a reliable and service‑oriented HR contact within the organisation

Who are you

  • 3–5+ years of experience in HR administration or HR operations, ideally in a shared services or international environment
  • Solid knowledge of Dutch labour law, HR documentation, and payroll processes
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions and countries
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken), German is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Service‑oriented mindset with focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and employee experience
  • Comfortable working within structured processes while applying sound judgement where needed
  • Clear communicator, able to explain HR processes in a practical and accessible way
  • Proactive, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement
